Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy :

Any issues in the product has to be reported within 3 days of delivery. We would seek Photo / Video of product and packaging.

Terms & conditions for a valid return

  • Goods to be in packed condition & all the labels must be intact.
  • Product should not be used.

Define the reasons for orders eligible for returns

  • Missing some parts/products.
  • Different product received.
  • Damaged products received.

If the claims are genuine, reasons are valid, Free replacement shall be given or 100% amount shall be refunded, Conditions Apply.

NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER THE RETURN DURATION i.e 3 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT, NO REFUND & NO RETURN of product.

If order is Cancelled before Shipping :

Cancellation Charges : Rs 50.00 (Minimum) or 5% of the Order Value, whichever is higher will be applicable.

This is because we Incur - Payment Gateway Charges, Shopify Commission Charges etc.

If customer wants to Change / Buy any other material from our Website, No Cancellation Charges shall be applicable.

 

If order is Cancelled after Shipping / Buyer wants to return the product for wrong item ordered : 

RETURN IS CONDITIONAL & SUBJECT TO APPROVAL

  1. Cancellation Charges : Rs 50.00 (Minimum) or 5% of the Order Value, whichever is higher will be applicable.

             This is because we Incur - Payment Gateway Charges, Shopify Commission Charges etc

         2. Shipping Costs ONE SIDE or TWO SIDE (to & fro) shall be deducted, depending on order / transaction.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about of the approval or rejection of returned product.

If approved, refund will be processed and credited to your Original method of payment, within 3 Working Days.

If customer wants to Change / Buy any other material from our Website, No Cancellation Charges shall be applicable but Shipping Costs ONE SIDE or TWO SIDE (to & fro) shall be deducted.

 

Instances where product is Shipped & Not Delivered by Courier Company :

Delivery Date informed is Tentative Date, based on General Courier Timeline.

It is our top priority to ensure you receive the product timely & properly & for that we have tied up with Leading Courier Companies like : DTDC, DELHIVERY, EKART, BLUEDART, SHADOWFAX, XPRESSBEES etc.

Once the product is shipped, It is Courier Company's responsibility to ensure you receive the product timely & properly.

In case of Delay in delivering the shipment, unfortunately these factors are outside of our control.

We shall be available to support & shall follow up with the concerned Courier Company / raise a complain & shall ensure you receive the product, we shall also keep you updated time to time.

Refunds in case of Delay in Delivery of the product :

>> If the Courier Company is not able to Delivery the product in Maximum 15 Working Days After the Delivery Date / Tentative Date,  'Cauvery Powers' shall Refund Complete Amount & 'Cauvery Powers' shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damages arising.

Refund will be processed only after the Courier Company marks the concerned Shipment as RTO (Return to Origin) or Missing or Lost.

>> In case the product is Delivered after 15 Working Days of the Delivery Date / Tentative Date, 'Cauvery Powers' shall arrange for Return Pickup or Bear the Return Courier Charges.
In the above mentioned case Shipment packing shouldn't be opened, after receipt of the Shipment & approval 'Cauvery Powers' shall Refund Complete Amount & 'Cauvery Powers' shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damages arising.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and credited to your Credit Card / Debit Card or original method of payment, within 3 Working Days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with  Credit Card Company / your bank account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

All products purchased from Cauvery Powers warranty is provided by the Manufacturer only.
